This policy sets out when refunds apply to purchases from Kimberly Digital and Tradings.
Before work starts
Cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before delivery has begun for a full refund, no questions asked.
After work starts
Once discovery or production has begun, fees cover time already delivered. We refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a pro-rata basis.
Retainers
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The final month is delivered in full and is not refundable.
How to request
Email hello@kimberlydigitaltradings.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
